Gavin is a certified Core Transformation Associate Coach (NLP India Foundation), NLP Trainer (IPANLP) , NLP Master Practitioner (Genius Ltd., UK), New Code NLP Practitioner (IPANLP), NLP Practitioner (Dr. Dick McHugh) and has over 18 years of work experience.
His journey has begun working in Customer Service teams to leading them and then going on to lead the Human Resources Department in the companies that he has worked with.
An individual who is always open to learning more and more, he took to NLP like a fish to water. He has learnt NLP from Dr. Dick McHugh, Peter Freeth and Charles Saldanha and is proud to be associated with IPANLP.
He is committed to teach NeuroLinguitsic programming in Mumbai to more and more individuals who want the freedom of living life to the fullest on their own terms. His forte is his ability to connect with individuals of various backgrounds and bring out the best in them.
An eternal learner, some of his other certifications include Predictive Index Analyst, Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor. He has also participated in workshops on Brain Rewiring, Ho'oponopono and Self Hypnosis.
An avid reader, some of his favourite books are Mind with a Heart, The Power of Now, You Can Heal Your Life and Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. He has a multi-cultural exposure, having travelled to the USA & China for official purposes and worked with individuals from USA, China, Germany & Singapore. Apart from being an NLP enthusiast, Gavin loves reading autobiographies; a tranquil ride on his Royal Enfield bike; a good workout and is always up for a good game of Chess.
